Kind, Compassionate and Professional. Outstanding service from start to finish, it felt like it was a friend helping us rather than a business when our beloved Aunt/Surrogate Mum passed away. The empathy and genuine caring nature from Mia helped us tremendously to give our Mum the send off she deserved, but more importantly wanted. I would definitely recommend and have recommended to others already. Little things down to the Final Journey and colour of the ties worn by the Staff on the day, made the experience less scary and daunting rather than the usual black and “grim reaper’ style.
From the moment we walked through the door on the dreaded day, we knew we had come to the right place, we knew that Mia and the team at Lodge Brothers would take good care of R***.
But more importantly, it was the after funeral care and compassion that has been shown by Mia and Lodge Brothers. So thank you Mia you are a credit to your profession, a credit to Lodge Brothers and someone we would highly recommend to anyone who faces the daunting task of organising a funeral.
