Dear Caroline,
Thank you so much for all you’ve done over the past few weeks and the incredibly sensitive and helpful way you have helped organise my mum’s funeral. It’s been a very sad and difficult time but your kindness and thoughtfulness has eased the process for us.
Please do also pass on my sincere thanks to Victoria for the part she played yesterday. She was gentle and kind throughout the day and made sure everything ran very smoothly.
