May I say how impressed I was at the professional, courteous and thoughtful way we were led through the system when arranging June’s funeral, from the initial meeting at your office to the conduct of the pall bearers we could not have asked for better. You helped to make a difficult time as bearable as it could be and we both thank you for this.
