Dear Rob and all the team at Lodges, My sister and myself would like to say a huge thank you for all you did when you looked after our mum and your help in planning her funeral. We will always remember your kindness and compassion during a very emotional time. You went out of your way to make our service personal. From Ashley & Bradley who took mum into your care, to Sandra who so sensitively dealt with us and arranged things in a most competent way. We know mum would have been pleased with all you did. You have become part of our memories at this sad time.
