Hello Georgina, you took care of my Great Grandmothers funeral and I’m sorry for the confusion in the beginning, with me starting the arrangements, then my aunt taking over and then my Grandfather taking over from her. As you know my Grandfather does not speak much English so he has asked me to thank you and to thank everyone that helped on the day of the funeral. They were all very professional and looked after the whole family. Also please thank Alison at your other branch, who helped when we were preparing my Great Grandmother.
