Mum, Lee and I wanted to thank you for the care you have taken during the past weeks.  You were with us and continue to be with us, every step of the way, guiding and supporting us and with an intuitive way of communicating  that is right for all of us. How you display kindness and concern is exceptional.

Please also pass on my sincere thanks to Keith (the Conductor) who put my mind at rest the night before. The way in which he spoke to me was just right and when he arrived at the house he gave me just what I needed to help me through those challenging few hours. I very much appreciated his graceful manner – which is very natural.
