Dear Susan & Annie,
Knowing that my Mum was looked after, cared for and respected during her final days, means a lot to me and my family. Your patience with myself and my “organization controls” was really appreciated and I would definitely recommend your service to those who are facing their fears.  Annie, you and Tessa were so supportive when I visited Mum in the Chapel of Rest, even if her “precious things” weren’t with her when she first arrived, bizarrely I would have normally broken down, but thank goodness Tessa was there and nipped straight out to sort everything out! Please pass on our sincere gratitude to Darren and his team for the day. Their professionalism, kindness and consideration made us all feel safe and as calm as possible.
