I would just like to take the opportunity to say a huge ‘Thank You” to your staff for the wonderful care and service we received for my father’s funeral on the 18th of July, very possibly the hottest day of the year!

My Father was collected from the care home in Knaphill, quickly and efficiently and with no fuss. Susan Areington at your Woking branch took good care of my Wife and Daughter whilst making the arrangements. Everything was very professional and caring, which helped to take all the worry away from the family at this difficult time.

We’d especially like to say a massive ‘Thank you’ to Reg Bye and his driver Paul Birch who made the traumatic journey in sweltering heat. Dad’s service was very well attended and although we did get a little confused, they discreetly guided us in the right direction. Please pass on our grateful thanks.
