Dear Nicole, Paul & Team, I just wanted to pass on our heartfelt thanks for Dad’s service today. We couldn’t have wished for a better day, everyone was extremely respectful and sympathetic to our needs as a grieving family and the whole funeral was carried out with polished professionalism.
