I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say how smoothly everything went at Dad’s funeral. It sounds strange to say, but it was actually an absolutely beautiful occasion and everything ran like clockwork. It was everything Dad would have wanted.
The staff who were with us on the day were perfect – unobtrusive and extremely thoughtful and sensitive. Please pass on the family’s thanks to all of them.
Most of all, thank you Jane, for helping us through the whole process – from the change of coffin to the cups of tea just when we needed.
