Dear Ann, Thank you so much for everything that you and the Lodge Brothers team did for us yesterday, and in the weeks leading up to the funeral. From the moment we met you, we knew we were in safe, kind and competent hands. You made sure that we had a celebrant that suited our needs, the wonderful Colin, and that the most difficult experiences, such as visiting the chapel of rest, were bearable.
