Dear Dawn and Richard,

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you both once again for making Mum’s funeral so special for me and for my brother. To see you standing outside the branch when Mum passed, really touched us all and was greatly appreciated. Richard made a very hard day bearable and the whole team on the day were just so professional. I can’t thank you enough. Once again, I am truly grateful  to you Dawn for everything you have done.
