I wish to express my sincere thanks to your staff for their care and compassion given to my brother-in-law after his death.
I also wish to thank you for the help given us by Sandra and her colleague at your Esher branch in arranging the cremation. All went extremely well on the day, under the direction of Duncan and all were treated with dignity and compassion.
