I write to compliment Lodge Brothers and their staff for the excellent service provided recently on the occasion of the funeral of my wife.
We engaged the services of your Weybridge office and on meeting Sophie, we were struck by her professionalism and her quiet compassion. All of which made the process of selecting a venue and a coffin so much less arduous. She helped us on the various aspects and at each stage her assistance was excellent and full.
James conducted us through the day and he and his gentlemen were courteous, well presented and obliging. The vehicles were immaculate and so was the timing in spite of the weather.
I rather think these people are typical of the staff of Lodge Brothers as a whole but I nonetheless feel compelled to commend them to you for making a difficult day the more bearable. Thank you.
