Yesterday’s funeral went very smoothly, and I just wanted to thank you for all you did.

Adrian and the pall bearers were so smart, dignified and sensitive.Hearse and limousine great. I was pleased with my choice of coffin colour – it suited Tess – and the flowers were magnificent.

Thank you for making such a difficult business as painless as possible.
