Tracy, I wish to thank you for the care and efficiency and kindness you showed when arranging the funeral for my dear wife. Please thank Duncan the Conductor and let him know my appreciation for his kindness and understanding towards me at the crematorium. Please also let Dora and staff at the Chapel of Rest in Feltham know how kind they were and how lovely my wife was presented to us.
