Dear Reg,
I wanted to thank you for leading the funeral proceedings for my Mother. So many little details, such as calling to introduce yourself and giving me a hug when you dropped us back at Kempton Cricket Club. You brought a very gentle, human touch to this most emotional of days and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
