Mia,
We have now had time to reflect following the passing of my Mother on the 26th August 2017, and although at 92 years and suffering from Dementia and living in a Nursing home for the past 4 years it still hit the family with sadness as you can imagine.
Mia, on behalf of my Stepfather and myself, I have to say a huge thank you to Lodge Brothers of Sunbury, to Kevin, James and the Funeral Team on the day and of course not least yourself.
From the moment we walked into Sunbury Kevin and yourself made us feel at total ease and gently took us through the arrangements thoroughly, timely and at our pace. But it never stopped there, you contacted us on a couple of occasions and made sure all our needs were met and then on the day James and the Funeral team guided us through the day. I know, like us, my Mother would have appreciated the professionalism of the Lodge Brothers Team.
Through my many years of Association with Acacia Cricket Club I have known Bill, Robert and Beverley for a number of years and they should be very proud of the Sunbury Team as I’m sure they are.
Once again Mia thank you for your time and genuine kindness during our grieving.
