Dear Jackie, I wanted to drop you a note from myself and my brother, we want to thank you so much for all the care and consideration you showed when helping us deal with the funeral arrangements for our dear Mother. From the very start you put us at our ease and guided us through the various stages of planning a funeral. Your compassion and unhurried professionalism were outstanding.
