I found Sandra at the Esher branch to be a very good person to deal with, and helped us to make the arrangements as easily as possible.  I also appreciated your telephone call (Andrew Lodge) on the Monday, to tell me of the precise arrangements for the day, and I felt that everything was dealt with as I wished.
