Dear Paul, A letter doesn’t seem to say enough to thank you for all your help in arranging my son’s funeral, but I hope you know what an important part you played in making saying ‘goodbye’ bearable. Every detail was covered and he would have loved his send off. Thank you so much for making it a very special day.
