Just a quick note to say how pleased we were with the funeral yesterday. Everything went so much better than expected. We were all so pleased to be able to give B a good send off. Fr Jim did a brilliant job and I will be thanking him in due course. Once again, thank you so much Jaqueline for arranging all of this; it has been a very difficult time but you have made it all run so smoothly.

To Dear Jacqueline, Andrew and the entire ‘family’ at Lodge Brothers who helped look after our beloved mum and help us rest her in peace…thank you very, very much! We could not have asked for a better send off, especially in these most difficult of (Covid-19) circumstances.

Dads funeral went very well, thanks to yourselves & the reverend. It made what was a very difficult day, so personal to dad. Mum was very pleased & comforted by Andrew & the gentlemen that carried my dad on his final journey, as some of the men worked closely with my dad. The weather was perfect. And although it wasn’t planned, Dad was taken along the road where he was the school caretaker for over 25 yrs & along their local parade of shops & then the rest of the journey held lots of memories all the way too, which was lovely to discuss as we followed behind. We honestly couldn’t have asked for any more. We all have the comfort in knowing that he would have been so proud. Please pass on my gratitude to everyone & of course thank you for all your help & kindness.

Thanks for looking after us and helping to organise the funeral for M. You have a nice and, of course, professional way of making us feel at ease and positive.

Everything went off brilliantly last week and we’re so grateful to you for taking such trouble to make sure everything was as we wanted it to be for K. We just can’t thank you enough- it means so much to have such care taken at such a difficult time.

On behalf of all the family, a heartfelt thank you for your guidance and support to us at such an emotional and difficult time. Your personal manner, patience, thoughtfulness, together with your specialism and experience, made all the difference.
The service for our beloved B*** went perfectly from the drive through Brentford, past BFC, through to viewing the beautiful flowers in the sunshine. The service was very emotional but so fitting. The Order of Service, music, photo slide show, roses, flowers and most importantly the delivery by Benn of our story about B*** made for a perfect and comforting send off for a wonderful much loved man. Family and friends all thought so too and commented so positively.

Just a short note on behalf of the whole family to thank you for all that you did to ensure that the funeral of my father went off so beautifully yesterday. Your kindness and professionalism made the difficult and distressing process so much easier to bear, and we are all extremely grateful.

Just wanted to say how overwhelmed I am with the kindness and help you have given to me, S and B during the last week.  I honestly don’t know what we would have done without you – nothing has been too much trouble and you have been there for us every step of the way. I know you will say that it is your job, but you have done far more than was necessary and we are just so grateful  –  especially introducing us to Steve and Martin – who are excellent.  We are thrilled with the order of service.

Kevan and co also helped to make the day run smoothly with their good grace, patience and support etc. The flowers were fabulous. Thanks for your help with that too.
