Windsor’s Funeral Arranger Jill Palmer Contributes to Easter ‘Service of Reflection’

Jill Palmer, Funeral Arranger at the Windsor branch of Lodge Brothers Funeral Directors, recently spoke at the annual Good Friday ‘Service of Reflection’ at the local Parish Church in the centre of the town.

The service, which was led by local vicar Rev Ainsley Swift, attracts over 200 people each year, with locals as well as tourists attending the two hour long time together. The event includes four reflections giving a different account of various events of the Easter Story, with Jill’s piece playing a prominent part.

Jill, who has attended the Church for a number of years, takes her role in the community very seriously.

“This is the third year that I have taken part in this service” she said. “It is a huge privilege to be asked to do this and to be able to contribute to the worship and Easter traditions of Windsor”.
