Lodge Brothers Woking is Local ‘Food Bank’ Collection Point

Lodge Brothers of Woking are delighted to announce that they have teamed up with the Woking Foodbank and are now a Collection Point for donations.

Staff at Lodge Brothers have been collecting for the Foodbank and last week Alison Buckland (Woking Foodbank Project Coordinator) visited to collect the 34.9kg of food donated.

Lodge Brothers’ office in Goldsworth Road, is able to receive gifts of tinned and dried food, biscuits and toiletries and is open Monday to Friday during office hours.

The Woking Foodbank is based at The Lighthouse (8-10 High Street, Woking) and is open Monday 11am to 1pm, Wednesday 10.30am to 12.30pm and Thursday 10.30am to 12.30pm

The Woking Foodbank is a local charity helping people in Woking. It is part of the The Trussell Trust which helps to set up local Foodbanks.

They rely on food donations to feed local people in crisis. From pasta to puddings: donations of all in-date, non-perishable food are welcome!
