Lodge Brothers Weybridge Support Umoyo Orphan Project in Malawi

Chris Lodge, Director of Lodge Brothers in Weybridge, received heart-felt thanks this week from the Umpoyo Orphan Project in Malawi, for the kind donation of a commemorative plaque for their new school buildings.

The UOP has worked tirelessly to provide clean water, toilet facilities, bicycle ambulance services and school buildings to the Njebwa area, which is one of the poorest in Africa.

The plaque, which was produced and supplied by the Lodge Brothers masonry team, celebrates the work of the late Joan Tarry, whose generous giving towards the new school buildings has enabled local children to get the best possible start in life.
