Lodge Brothers Commend Another Staff Member

Jill Palmer, who works as a funeral arranger at the Windsor branch of Lodge Brothers, achieved a Credit for her Funeral Arranging & Administration Certificate, awarded by the London Association of Funeral directors.

Jill explained, “Although it may seem clichéd, I really love my job and I wanted to know everything about being a funeral director. The diploma course has helped me to learn and understand what is required to give the best possible service to bereaved families when arranging funerals.”

Chairman Robert Lodge, who was one of the team of funeral directors who devised the training course, remarked “Our company policy is to invest in top quality staff training so that we can provide the very best service to local families. We are delighted with the commitment and dedication shown by our candidates in achieving such high pass marks.”
