Induction of Father Con Foley as Parish Priest – Christ the Prince of Peace, Weybridge

Father Con Foley was welcomed into the parish at a service held at Christ the Prince of Peace by The Right Reverend Kieran Conry, Bishop of Arundel & Brighton, on behalf of the residents of Weybridge on Tuesday 17th September 2013. In attendance were clergy from all denominations as well as a good turn out from the local parish.
Lodge Brothers was represented by Bill Wilde (District Manager), Jackie Packman (Weybridge Branch Arranger) and Jane Day (Relief Branch Arranger) who met with Father Con after the service in the Church Hall where refreshments were made available.
Bill Wilde said, “The Directors and staff of Lodge Brothers have always enjoyed a good relationship with the Church of Christ the Prince of Peace, and we are looking forward to working with Father Con as part of the community as well as in a professional capacity”.
Father Con Foley has taken over from Father Tom Treherne, who after many years service to the Weybridge community, has moved to another church in the Hastings area.
