Annual Christmas Service of Remembrance at St. Hilda’s Church, Ashford
On Sunday, 1st December, Lodge Brothers hosted its Annual Christmas Service of Remembrance at St. Hilda’s Church, Ashford.
This cherished event welcomed approximately 150 attendees who gathered to commemorate and remember their loved ones during the festive season—a time often marked by both joy and reflection.
The service, led by Rosalyn Young, provided a meaningful opportunity to come together as a community. Traditional Christmas carols, beautifully sung by St. Hilda’s Church Choir, filled the church with a sense of peace and unity. A highlight of the evening was the candle-lighting ceremony, where attendees could honour the memory of their loved ones with a simple but deeply significant gesture.
This annual tradition holds a special place in the hearts of those we serve, reminding us of the importance of remembrance, comfort, and connection during the holiday season.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making this evening so meaningful.
