A Poem for the Duke & Duchess of Sussex

Wedding Fever took hold of Byfleet in celebration of Duke & Duchess of Sussex. Lodge Brothers & Boutells joined other businesses in the village with dressing their window displays to celebrate the wedding of Harry & Meghan.

Linda Bowyer, operations manager for Surrey also penned a special poem for the occasion.

Harry and Meghan are getting married
At St Georges Chapel on Saturday 19th May
Red white and blue decorates the town
Royal fans a plenty to wave their flags up and down
Yelling their wishes to the bride and groom

&

Many smiling faces look on with pride
Excitement fills the Castle air
Getting a glimpse of the new Royal pair
Harry & Meghan, a swell couple they are
A parade watched by millions near and far
Newlyweds wave before joining guests to celebrate with wine and fine dine.
