Congratulations to Kim McLaughlin, Lodge Brothers funeral arranger at Northfields Avenue, Ealing, who recently received her Certificate in Funeral Directing a course designed to qualify the funeral arranger in all aspects of arranging a funeral and how to deliver high levels of customer service.
Kim worked hard for the qualification and actually gained a ‘Distinction’ in the award.

St George’s Day was celebrated by Lodge Brothers staff with some fabulous window displays, as part of the community effort in their respective branches.
Addlestone, Esher, Walton, Weybridge and Windsor, all branches under the guidance of District Manager Bill Wilde, showed off their St George flags and red & white floral displays.

Staff from Lodge Brothers Walton & Weybridge joined forces this year to ensure that the local nursing homes did not get forgotten during the Easter period. Chertsey branch arranger, Helen Kempster, and District Manager, Richard Leachman were invited recently to address a gathering of doctors and GPs at St Peter’s Hospital in Chertsey. The two, who have worked for Lodge Brothers for many years, delivered a presentation on the requirements of the local GP when dealing with the deceased and the funeral director.
