Dear Penny,
Just a little note to say thank you so much for your kindness, thoughtfulness and caring attitude towards my mother and I – you made the process more tolerable and bearable. Although it is probably the saddest occasion we had to deal with, we can at least feel that my father was well cared for and had a dignified funeral.
