I am writing to express my gratitude to you for the compassionate way in which you helped me make the arrangements for my late Mother’s funeral.
Your efficient pre-planning ensured that everything ran smoothly and your staff with us on the day could not have been more sympathetic and helpful. They certainly made a sad day much less stressful and that was greatly appreciated and the flowers were beautiful and exactly as I had requested.
