I just wanted to drop you a line to give our thanks to you all for everything you did to make Mum’s funeral go so smoothly yesterday.

From the outset when we came in without a clue as to where to start and met with Ann, who was so helpful, through to the day itself, when the hearse and limo team were professional, respectful and ensured everything went without a hitch
