English Roses Mark St George’s Day

Our branch at Englefield Green certainly are entering into the spirit of the occasion with St George’s Day on Sunday with this very colourful window display. Recognising also this Sunday is the London marathon which Tom Hoyles (Arranger) completed in 2008, with his medal in the photo. Tom is also advertising a “free drink” to members of the community who come into the branch this week and answer a couple of patriotic questions, to be redeemed at one Englefield Green’s local public houses!
