The men were so kind and helpful

Dear Susan, Losing Mum was one of the hardest things, we as a family will go through. Your kindness, patience and the time you spent with us, arranging Mum’s funeral was great. My sister, a textile designer was very impressed with how smart you looked in your lovely colour coordinated top, jewellery and scarf. On the day of the funeral the men were so kind and helpful and guided us every step of the way.
