Following our mother’s funeral, we wanted to thank Boutells for the excellent service they have provided at this sad time.  You personally have given us your sympathetic attention and guidance, answering our queries in a prompt, helpful, and reassuring way.  The Pallbearing staff on the day were faultless, calm, and respectful, remaining unruffled despite the delayed arrival of several guests. Paul, the Conductor, maintained a quiet reassuring approach, communicating with us at carefully chosen moments, suggesting possible minor changes to the schedule. At an emotional time for the family, his careful monitoring of how the day was evolving and his flexible approach to time allocations, were invaluable.  Please pass on our comments and sincere thanks to your staff for their dedication.
