Remembrance Window Display at Yiewsley

Lodge Brothers Yiewsley chose a traditional and simple ‘poppy scheme’ for their window display to mark Remembrance Day.

Branch Arranger Tracy Johnson remarked, “Taking the time to reflect on and appreciate the sacrifices of our servicemen past and present, is essential at this time of the year and should always be acknowledged.”

At 11am on November 11^th a maroon rocket was fired at Rockingham Recreation Ground in Uxbridge; the sound boomed across the borough and staff and families stood to mark the two minutes silence.
