Meet Tracy Johnson, New Funeral Arranger at Lodge Brothers Yiewsley

For 16 years Tracy Johnson was a manager within the voluntary and community sector, providing training and strategic support to the London borough of Hillingdon.

Prior to this, she managed an organisation supporting women and families who had experienced domestic violence and has worked in the care sector, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

After almost seven years in her previous role Tracy felt ready for a change in career direction; wanting to return to an area of work where she was contributing more directly to the wellbeing of the community. Seeing the advertisement for the post of Funeral Arranger at Lodge Brothers Tracy felt the post was a perfect fit for her; working in the community and supporting and caring for local families when they were often at their most distressed and vulnerable.

Tracy started as Funeral Arranger at Lodge Brothers Yiewsley in October 2014 and is finding the role as rewarding and worthwhile as anticipated.
