Remembrance Day Window Display at Walton

To remember those that have given their lives at war, Ann McMurray, the Branch Funeral Arranger at Lodge Brothers Walton wanted to do something different this year for her window display. Our recently appointed Relief Arranger, Susan Griffiths, offered her artistic flair, and designed a magnificent display as shown in the photo.

Bill Wilde (District Manager), who himself is retired from the Armed Services, said, “I am thrilled to see such a lovely window display in our Walton branch in honour of all those that gave their lives for our country. Our branch is opposite the Memorial where the service is held on Remembrance Day, and Ann and Susan really made a great effort to contribute to this annual event which is always well attended”.
