Rotary Stroke Awareness Day
Quentin Edgington President of Hounslow Rotary Club and District Manager for Hounslow took part in the Rotary Stroke Awareness Day last Saturday 5th April.
Quentin said ‘I was very pleased to be able to take part in the Rotary Stroke Awareness Day as it was being held up and down the country in conjunction with the ‘Stroke Association’ ‘We provided qualified medics who under took blood pressure checks for no charge and if the blood pressure was too high or too low then the person is recommended to see their GP and have a further test’ ‘The day was very popular with the Hounslow Community and over three hundred blood pressure checks were made’.
