Dear Robert, Thank you very much for making Mum’s funeral such a heart warming event. You and your staff, particularly yourself on the day and Helen at your Chertsey office, dealt with everything splendidly, a lovely combination of respect, warmth and a light touch. I am particularly grateful for the way you prepared Mum in the chapel of rest, it made our visit there much easier.
