Dear Andrew, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for carrying out the funeral arrangements for *******. I would particularly like to thank yourself and Sue.  I was very happy with the way that everything went during the service and at the Cemetery. It was a great comfort knowing that it was all carried out with great sympathy, respect and professionalism.
