I wanted to pass on the thanks of all of the family for the help and support you personally and your colleagues gave to us on ****’s funeral yesterday.

I know that **** had done much of the planning himself however, from the first phone call I made to you right through the process, helping identify the music, the advice on the order of service, the few late changes and even helping out when there was some confusion about the day from someone, your help has been much appreciated.

Please can you also pass on our thanks to your colleagues on the day (Paul Bye), they made a difficult day for us go very smoothly. Their help is also very much appreciated.
