Dear Kim, I am writing to express the thanks of my brother and myself for the excellent way you dealt with our mother’s funeral arrangements. You made everything seem so easy and all the things we agreed fell perfectly into place. Your sympathetic but unobtrusive attention to detail eased a day which was unexpectedly difficult. We are truly grateful for all you did. It was not just the arrangements for the service at the crematorium, the flowers we arranged through you were beautiful and Concetta’s food was delicious.
