I write to thank you for the professional way you helped me and my family in our Saddest of Times.  From Susan’s gentle efficiency beforehand through to Robert Lodge’s thoughtful support and guidance on the day, I feel that everything was managed with dignity and consideration, which we all appreciated very much.
