From the first time I called in and was received by Dora I have to say how impressed I was with the way she deals with her clients. She has the knack of combining efficiency with compassion which makes the arranging of a funeral so much more pleasant.  The conductor and crew on the day displayed an amazing degree of professionalism tinged with just the right amount of compassion. The whole day was handled by you all in such a way it made things a lot easier for me and my family to bear.  From the depths of my heart I thank you all.
