Dear Annie, I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your support and sensitivity with the organisation of my grandmother’s funeral. The gentlemen who came to the house the night she passed away on 3rd October were absolutely amazing, I could not fault them at all. They were very kind; and at such a terribly traumatic time they brought comfort and a sense of security. With regards to the funeral arrangements you were exceptionally understanding in what we wanted. On the day of the funeral again, the staff were absolutely amazing, very, very kind, considerate and above all respectful. Thank you from all of the family for all your help.
