Your Team on the day were perfect – everything was taken care of so sensitively

Dear Tracy and Team, I write to thank you so much for the way my mum’s funeral was handled by you.
Everything was so easy, sensitive and calming – your office was like a port in a raging storm.
You are obviously a very warm and caring person, patient and kind. I can not think of another profession you would be better suited to.  Mum would have been so pleased; you even got her hair right!  Your Team on the day were perfect – everything was taken care of so sensitively and discretely.  I will certainly be expressing my thanks to your head office.  But from Mum, my family and myself, a personal thanks to you all
