Dear Susan, Thank you very, very much for all your support over the past few weeks.　 Your professionalism, calmness, and help with organising our mother’s funeral was amazing.　 You prompted me and helped me (when I faltered) with the organisation for the whole Service – which went without hitch.　 The whole family thought it went very well and smoothly.　Please pass on our thanks to the Team who were present at the Church and The Crematorium.　Your job is a very special talent dealing with people who are going through a very sad time in their lives.　 I must praise you – well done.
