Dear Mr Lodge, I would like to thank you and your staff (including Lindsay), for helping to make the funeral ceremony for my Father a relaxing and enjoyable occasion. Lindsay’s kind and professional assistance on our initial visit to your offices really helped reassure us that the occasion would go ahead smoothly. We were very grateful for the appointment of Reverend Doctor Malcolm Johnson and felt privileged to have his services on the day. Our thanks must also go particularly to yourself who really helped to reassure and calm me personally and give confidence to other members of the family that all would be well with the service ahead of us.  We were all very impressed with the professionalism of you and your colleagues.
